3 CSR is a set of actions of a company that changes business operations to improve, maintain, or mitigate a company’s impact on society and the environment.

4 What is CSR? CSR is about how companies manage the business processes to produce an overall positive impact on family, society and in World.

5 Corporate social responsible behavior We might define socially responsible behavior as that which does not ruin the local environment and jeopardize the community’s health as measured against internationally accepted standards of environmental quality or health.

10 Legitimacy Ligitimacy of Philippines: Legimacy is a generalized perception or assumption that the action of an entity are desirable, proper, or appropriate within socially system of norms, Values, beliefs.

14 Section 13, section 1 The Congress shall give highest priority to the enactment of measures that protect and enhance the right of all the people to human dignity, reduce social, economic, and political inequalities, and remove cultural inequities by equitably diffusing wealth and political power for the common good.

15 Common Good The common good describes a specific "good" that is shared and beneficial for all (or most) members of a given community.

Transformation Meet the needs of people : any levels Environment : cleanliness Connection link to finance and social activities Reputation: Bad or even ugly information about environmental, social or governance practices can spread instantaneously and dissolve years of goodwill and brand reputation on the spot.

22 To identify and improve a company’s impact on society and the environment, while driving stronger business results such as brand enhancement, market differentiation, and employee satisfaction.
