1. The procedure for the SWH rebate: 1. Set of bar code stickers and Eskom documentation. 3 x PVC paper – 1 x for the Eskom Document 1 x for the Clever Devices and Designs(CDD) Invoice to your customer 1 x one for the DB box cover 2 x metal – 1 x for the Solar panel (use contact adhesive) 1 x for the geyser (use contact adhesive) 2. Complete the Eskom document as per the example: a) Ensure that the bank details are filled in for Finance House and not the customer on the Eskom document. b) Each page must have the customer initials and full signature where required. c) The ceding document must be completed in Clever Devices name. Ensure that you put the bar code number at the top of the page. d) Send me the details of the customer and I will complete the Data Sheet and the Invoice from CDD to your customer this must be added the pack for signing. e) Both COC’s copies to be added the pack for signing. f) Attach all you customer documents, Copy ID, Latest Electricity bill and if they are pre-paid 3 months prepaid slips, Proof of residence added to the pack for signing. g) Installation report must be added to the pack for signing. h) Scan the complete document and send the original to CDD i) I will have the document signed and scanned and sent to Finance House excluding the installation report. j) The original will be couriered to ESKOM Cape Town ( if you don’t have a courier I will let you know what the cost is?) k) The Courier waybill will be sent through Finance House and within two weeks CDD should receive payment once the payment has been received you will be paid. 3. Please send an invoice to me for the rebate amount less the Finance amounts a). See Rebate Finance Schedule eg – Rebate R 5332 less admin and discount and interest R 558.42 = R 4773.58 b) R4773.58 less R570 incl VAT for CDD = R 4203.58. c)If you are not VAT registered you will have to use the VAT exclusive rebate amounts
