3. 3 Team visit the one BRC, Sanchi in Raisar district; Key observations; Cash Book is maintained upto date for current year; Previous year cash book not shown; Bank Account has been reconciled;

4. 4 Advance register has been maintained for personal advances but not signed; Assets register not available; Stock register is available but not updated since June 2007 and only receipt items column is filled and no information in items issued; Cheque issue register was available but the sign of the person to whom cheques are issued is not taken on register, receipt was available separately;

5. 5 Ledger is maintained; Reply to audit observations was given but no compliance register is maintained; Copy of Utilization Certificates was not kept at the BRC as all the UCs collected from below districts is send to district without compilation,comparison;

6. 6 Text Books was supplied to the school in the month of April itself and record is also available; UCs of School Grant, Teacher Grant and Maintenance Grant is sent to DPO on collection from fields without keeping the copy of the same; Financial and VEC Manual is available at BRC;

7. 7 Primary School visit, Nana ka Baag district- Vidisha; Total Enrolment -102 No.of Teachers- 4 Cash Book is maintained upto date; Bank Account has been reconciled; VEC Resolution book is available and regular meeting is being held;

8. 8 Advance register has been maintained but not signed; Stock and Assets registers is available and maintained upto date; Cheque issue register was available; Ledger has been maintained by the schools and UCs has been given and the copy of the same is available;

9. 9 Text Books has been issued to the students in the April month itself and copy of VEC manual is available with school;

10. 10 Middle School, Shastriya Madayamik School, Madan Ganj-1, District – Vidisha; Total Enrollment-134 No of Teachers- 5 VEC Resolution book is available and regular meeting is being held; School is maintaining single bank account for SSA and MDM schemes;
