Facilitates our Public History mission by providing a snapshot of WWI soldier accomplishments. Takes advantage of a rare opportunity to acquire a complete story of a fighting regiment from WWI ranging from “Mobilization through Memorialization.” Allows us the unprecedented opportunity to preserve an original soldier built WWI structure tied to the regiment. Ensure heightened visibility of the regiment by honoring the regiment’s memory though public programs, educational conferences and seminars.
