3 WHAT IS THIS A SUMMARY OF? A man’s wife is brutally murdered by a serial killer and his son is left physically disabled. In a twisted turn of events his son is kidnapped and he has to chase the kidnapper thousands of miles with the help of a mentally disabled woman.

11 IN-TEXT Gladwell says that “practice isn’t the thing you do once you’re good. It’s the thing you do that makes you good” (559). My favorite take away is that practicing is not just the hard work that goes into improving, but it should be considered the act that makes you good at what you do(Gladwell 559). Gladwell argues that a Mozart wasn’t a great musician until he practiced for 10,000 hours (559).
