Where Are We? We encompass the towns of Wright City and portions of Foristell as well as the gated communities of Innsbrook Village and Incline Village. We are located along I-70 45 miles west of the Lambert Airport in Warren and Lincoln Counties. Our boundaries touch Wentzville, Francis Howell, Washington, Warrenton and Troy School Districts.

Professional Growth Plan – Create a comprehensive needs assessment in district CSIP – Based on comprehensive needs assessment, create a focused professional development to improve depth of knowledge, increase rigor in instruction, and provide assessment Do – Collect formative data throughout the year and at the student level. – Implement a continuous classroom instruction model. – Implement AIMSWeb and Discovery testing Study – Analyze AIMSWeb and Discovery data points Document this information in the PAWS report described earlier – Analyze common assessment and formative data to determine student needs. – BOE Self-Evaluation, review of Climate Survey and resulting test scores are studied Act – Develop Response to Intervention Plans – Use the data to drive instructions, which is implementing Baldridge in the classroom

Retention of High Quality Staff Plan – Audit the tools used to evaluate all district employees, including the superintendent – Adopt policies that spell out the goals and strategies to involve staff in important decisions – Look at salary competitiveness Do – Revise both job descriptions and evaluation tools to better match the needs of the district with respect to MSIP 5. – Chartered a community study group to look at salary competitiveness and make recommendations to the board – Take time to review exit interviews Study – Utilize board meetings to go through the various job descriptions and evaluations. – Evaluate the recommendations of the community group tasked with looking into salary competitiveness Act – Implemented new job descriptions and evaluation tools (including Superintendent). – Attempted a levy increase – Prop “S” – that ultimately failed. Need to plan, do, study, and act on why it failed – Recognize employees
