Progress since SM9a

8 Thursday 2 December 2010Shelter meeting 10b is hosted by OCHA Key suggestions gathered during the Pakistan evaluation mission for Transitional Shelter Guidelines: a ‘tool’ to assist the selection of TS types based on climate, culture, available materials, available labour, etc best practise guidance on general construction, use of materials and DRR techniques for the most common TS ‘types’ the guidelines should be suitable for use by field staff with little or no technical experience 5.
