2   Goal setting is just a process. But it is a very important and personal process that helps you get what you really want out of life.process. Want to know about goals and goal setting?

3   People who set goals have a clear direction towards their chosen destination –  people who succeed have goals, and  people who have goals succeed Is there a link between success and goals?

4   Work out what you really want– this is personal.  Work out a plan of attack– how you will get to the goal.  Give you the motivation to put your plan into action  Keep track of where you are going by helping you focus on the ‘big picture’ to ensure you don’t lose your direction Knowing about goals helps you:

5 Goals are well-defined targets that give you direction and motivation – they are your road map to success (that is, what YOU consider to be success), your life’s plan, your personal guide to the future!

6   Developing a new skill  Improving your current skills  Beating old habits  Developing good habits  Producing an outcome like achieving your dream Goals can be focused on:

7   Get the ‘Big-Picture’ first, and always keep your eye on it.  Work out what you REALLY want, not what you think you want.  Work out what you can realistically do and achieve. How to set goals? Like all things, its actually quite simple – once you’ve done the ground work, which is:
