I think that I was able to make a connection with this information to what is going on today. I learned a lot about what the founding fathers believed and how that is not being shown in our current day situation. This source was a clear cut explanation of what Christian Education is and why many people believe that it is the right way to raise a young child. Though this source, I was able to develop connections between Spruce Hill and the way that their mission statement is carried out on a daily basis. This source gave me facts about how many high schoolers usually drop out of high school every single year and how many students who enter ninth grade fail to graduate four years later.
