1 An Innovative Approach to Make MBA/ BBA/BBM / B.Com / BE / B.Tech Graduates Employable & Acceptable to the Corporate World. This program aims at fine-tuning the applied knowledge / skills and attitudes of Graduates enabling them to present themselves in a befitting manner to the Corporate world and also make them to ensure an appropriate contribution to the business of organizations once they join. 2 Programme Content Skill development (Functional Areas – Mktg., Fin. & HR etc; ) Soft-skill development, including NLP - Nurturing Innovative Mindsets, Group Dynamics, Personal & Inter-personal Effectiveness. Executive Business Communication Exposing them to Real-life Business Situations (Workshops with Practicing Managers & Industrial Visits)

3 20 Competency for Each specialization Present trend : No employer is willing to run a training center for new joiners to add cost to his product or services. He wants the candidates with basic competency and then he wants to give a formal induction to them to start working / performing and to deliver the results. He does not mind to hiring with higher salary. In the interview also he wants to assess more on application knowledge rather theoretical knowledge. Keeping in mind the above, this short term course is designed.

4 As per survey 80% of Grads are not employable …Why ? The grads move with a wrong notion that once they pass with distinction, the corporate will be behind them to hire. In fact that craze move is no longer exists. Out of Fortune 500 companies 80 % of the companies no longer exist in a period of 5 years time and the rest 20 % will have to compromise with the place/position and in other wards the new companies will snatch the position from older ones. Thus to survive in the competitive world, the basic things we should know how to survive during all turmoil. Hence, We teach you – how to swim in the troubled water with few seeds of thought for employability.

5 Duration of the Programme: 3o days in all … – Daily Four Sessions on week days with appropriate breaks : Schedule: 8.00 – 9.30 – Executive Business Communication 9.35- 9.55 - Breakfast time 10.00-1.00 - Skill Development (Functional Area) 1.05 -1.55 Lunch break 2.00 – 5.00 - Skill Development (Functional Area) with a tea break. 5.30 – 8.00 – Current Affairs / Presentations and then call it a day. Week Ends : Case study Analysis and preparation for presentation with peer groups & Presentation shall be on week days.

6 Placements Placement Activities starts from Day 31 st Either Company Visits the Campus or Candidates go to Companies Everyone gets a minimum of 5 Interview chances.
