If you want to do the exam with our representative, contact him/her directly (it is not necessary to fill application form from our website)

10. HOW TO FILL ELECTRONIC APPLICATION FORM?
Click on button “Admission”
Click on button “Create new application”
Fill your personal
Go to your and copy the password you will find to Faculty website
Initiate password
You will fill data Citizenship, date of birth and sex
After you will choose Type and form of study as full-time Master’s
After it you will fill Study Field: you will choose
General Medicine or Dentistry
Then create application form, you will have to fill all compulsory fields
You will save application and get the PDF, which you will send
to mentioned .

11. You will know the results of your test on the same day
You will pay 20 EUR in cash at the day of the test during your registration in Prague (do not pay the representative)
You will know the results of your test on the same day
On passing the test successfully, there will be a short informal interview with vice-dean
