Develop a functional mission that drives district improvement What is the purpose? Why are we here? What do you value? Build consensus around a K-12 vision Align curriculum and assessments K-12 HOW DOES EACH BUILDING HELP THE OVERALL PRODUCT – PRESTON GRADUATE???
