Example: Puerto Rico’s absolute location is latitude 18.5 degrees north and longitude 66 degrees west.

8. In Puerto Rico Season are not as different from each other. This because P.R is located in the tropical zone, where the sun shines all year long. However temperatures are: higher in the summer specially in July and August cooler in the winter mostly in January and February. In may to October we have rainy season. It rains more in the north because the Cordillera Central acts as a block that the humid air from the Atlantic Ocean.
