13. New 3R’s Equipment Grant Available to businesses that have completed a waste assessment Up to $40,000 with a 50% match As previously noted, there is a reduced match for ESP Members Pre-Proposals due January 23 rd

14. IDEM Personnel Changes Terry Lewis, Retired Linda Williams, IDEM-OAQ TRI Coordinator position will not be filled; however, we will continue to offer technical assistance in regard to TRI questions. State is currently on a hiring freeze.

15. Change in IDEM structure Office of Enforcement Staff will be moved to the Offices of Air, Land and Water, respectively Some Shadeland staff will be moved back downtown Local Air Pollution Control Agencies will be phased out as their contract comes up for renewal
