3 Reporting mechanism A reporting scheme (= monitoring) is described in the FA Yearly, during the first 3 years to the Social Dialogue Committee (2005-2006-2007) = table After 4 years (2008) = full report Therefore, the ‘in & out’ communication is essential Internally with your affiliates & at national level At EU-level = with us The 3 seminars were the 1st step Here we will also use the monitoring tool = your contributions

4 Monitoring Tools & procedures are needed to conduct the impact analysis  effects of the FA Qualitative report (1st yr) Quantitative aspects The checklist that we have used allows us to monitor the implementation of the agreement within the EU’s different countries

5 Impact Assessment The impact assessment will consist of Quantitative data (from the report, etc.) Qualitative data: Did we succeed to decrease stress at work? Which were the main ‘pros & cons’ of the FA? How could we improve the instrument? Develop future instruments? Etc.
