15 Semester Project Description 1.You are a high performance vendor who has been selected to deliver a service. 2.Your mission is to identify the scope of work with your client, and identify your client’s most valuable need. 3.You will pre-plan and clarify upfront to your client, your project from begin to end, to include major risks, how you will mitigate and manage those risks, and how you will measure performance. 4.You will conduct research and prepare a dominant report, the client can easily understand and implement immediately. 5.If you are successful, you will be highly rated on your performance, and potentially move on to further opportunities with the client. *Client is instructor if you do not decide to work with a real company.
