Tower crew and techs currently on site Pinecrest- operational. 29 communications sites on generator power.

42 ESF 4&9 – Fire Fighting & Search & Rescue Current Issues Continue to provide support for Division of Forestry (DOF) incident management teams deployed in Palm Beach County (which is expected to demobilize in next 48 hrs) and Live Oak (which is currently right-sizing). Division of Forestry (DOF) Type III Incident Management Team (IMT) at the North Florida Fair Grounds has been activated as the check in area and overnight housing for deployments to Mississippi. Urban Search and Rescue Command Team is in Mississippi. Fish and Wildlife Commission and State Fire Marshal providing L.E. and watercraft. FL TF-1 has been federalized and sent to Louisiana. Overflight of affected areas in Mississippi was requested, but cannot proceed until Mississippi submits request.

43 ESF 4&9 – Fire Fighting & Search & Rescue Current Issues SAR Task Forces currently in Biloxi and Pascagoula, MS: One type I - Task Force 3, Hillsborough Co -70 personnel Three type III’s Task Force 4 Orange/Seminole – 22 personnel Task Force 5 Duval – 22 personnel Task Force 8 Gainesville area – 22 personnel Two water teams Portions of Task Force 3 - Manatee/Sarasota Portions of Task Force 9 - Volusia Two ALS transports from Duval County One MARC unit from Seminole County Lead elements of responding task forces working in Pascagoula and Biloxi, Mississippi see major building collapses, considerable damage, and numerous injured people. Working with ESF 8 to provide 20 of the 50 Ambulance units they requested.

46 ESF 6 – Mass Care Current Issues All South Florida Shelters are now closed There are 7 Host Shelters in 7 Panhandle Counties housing 1,054 evacuees At all locations around the state, TSA and ARC served 27,060 meals yesterday and 66,756 meals to date. TSA has one feeding site still operational in Miami - Dade A taskforce of 10 Salvation Army Canteen left the state earlier today to join up with 62 units from other parts of the Southeast for deployment to the devastated area. ARC reports all ERVs and the kitchens in So Florida and the Panhandle will continue operations at current levels. Unmet Needs None at this time Future Operations Continue to feed affected residents in South Florida and the Panhandle while marshalling ARC and TSA resources for deployment to Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. Panhandle ports ( Freeport, Niceville, Panama City, and Pensacola) - Closed.

SOUTH FLORIDA - 136,300 outages Broward county – 27,300 outages, Dade county – 109,000 outages. FPL Estimated Times of Restoration - 100% restored by midnight Friday. Specific restoration times shown in tracker #390 WESTERN PANHANDLE - 58,556 outages Escambia county – 45,005 outages, Okaloosa county - 4,658 outages, Santa Rosa county 8,893 outages. Gulf Power Estimated Times of Restoration - 100% restored by midnight tomorrow. Specific restoration times shown in tracker #390 Outage numbers, by county and utility, are in Tracker #40 and in Groove FYI. FRCC calls for public appeals for conversation of electricity.
