3 GA Pathways overview Enhancing the capacity and capability of GA talent development pathways Includes the programs and coaches which support targeted pre-elite athletes towards becoming members of GA’s National Programs and Teams for Olympic gymsports in the future AWE – only currently Olympic gymsports

4 FTEM model When referring to Athlete development pathways we utilise the FTEM Model which provides an athlete development framework that has been generated by multidisciplinary sport practitioners.
