Roles Coordinator/Project Director Overall Strategy Liaison with PMISOC & PMOSIG Get input from Advisory Board on all issues Coordinate Team Ensure that activities are within mandated framework

Roles Programming Manager Intellectual leadership in identifying current topics of relevance ( Prepare List) Identify high quality speakers in consultation with Coordinator, Events Manager and Team List of topics for internal discussion, preparation, presentations

Roles Sponsorship Manager Program sponsorships for Events, Monthly Internal Forum/Presentations ( Venue and snack) Ensure cooperation and collaboration with Events Manager, Programming Manager and Team on all activities

Roles Events Manager Generate 4 quality events annually on cutting edge PMO topics Collaborate with Sponsorship and Programming M managers and team

Roles Administration Manager Process Best Practices for effective growth of ORG & Team Administrative support on all events, meetings

Roles Communication Manager Presenting strategic info on Org to PMI Community via web, print and other means to generate awareness and critical mass Maintaining web site quality to ensure it is the best both on PMISOC and PMOSIG sites, compared to other locations Keeping info/uploads up to date, coordinate with team
