2  Make sure that all students have completed the assessment before turning in the assessment  Indicate on a sticky note which assessment is being scanned (i.e. Math Q2 A3)  Students with Mark in Book accommodation have had their responses bubbled onto answer sheet

3  Check answer sheets for stray marks and any circles that have not been erased completely (the scanner is very sensitive and may score a student’s response if it picks up a stray mark over an answer choice)  Qtr. 2 scantrons will be given out by the end of the week  Make sure that none of the answer sheets are damaged (cut, torn/ripped, etc.). If so, please have student re-bubble responses on a new scantron.

Proctor Training Wednesday, November 9, 2011 9:30 – 10:00 Conference Room (We are currently trying to recruit volunteer proctors for the ITBS so that we do not have to pull TAs. If you are needed to proctor, then you will be contacted in person and/or via e-mail)
