Days 1-2: Introduce new concepts Days 3-4: Provide practice with the concepts Day 5: Provides practice and a dictation check-up Days 6-7: Introduce additional new concepts Days 8-9: Provide practice with these new concepts as well as review of current lesson Day 10: Assesses mastery of all unit concepts

syllable has a vowel, then consonant, and then an e the vowel has a long sound the e is silent
