Developing relationship with key person, and with this support, exploring the Nursery environment and becoming familiar with Nursery expectations and routines. Beginning to respond to the feelings and wishes of others, focusing on positive behaviour, turn taking and caring for others and for the Nursery environment. Begin to manage feelings and behaviour with support, stopping them from doing something they should not do. Staying safe (Things that go on or in our bodies/ when we are poorly/ bonfire night) SEAL – ‘New Beginnings‘ & ‘Say No to Bullying’ Physical Development Use a range of tools and equipment with increasing control, including jugs to pour, dough tools and mark making tools, appropriate scissors and threading activities.
