C O R P O R A T E T E C H N O L O G Y © Siemens AG, Tropf, 2004-12-09 Information & Communications Interaction Technologies Obligations From time to time each member of a given cluster (except Evaluator/Validator and ?SpeechDB Cluster) has to make available free of charge an Accepted Deliverable of that cluster to all members of that cluster. (Deliverables are determined in the TA, in particular object code and runtime data. Points in time (“rounds“) of Deliverables have to be agreed on by the General Assembly and/or are determined in the TA.) Each Deliverable of the Module/System clusters has to be Evaluated by ELDA free of charge. Each Deliverable of the SpeechDB/Lexicon clusters has to be Validated by SPEX free of charge – if submitted during the lifetime of TC-STAR – or for a favorable prize to be agreed on by the General Assembly – if submitted after the lifetime of TC-STAR. The Evaluator has to Evaluate each submitted Deliverable according to the criteria as determined in the TA (TC-STAR like). The Validator has to Validate each submitted Deliverable according to the criteria as determined in the TA (TC-STAR/LC-STAR like). Based on the evaluation/validation reports the General Assembly Accepts all Evaluated/Validated Deliverables with a 2/3 majority.
