6. Production and Staging Server (cont.) All Access Databases need to be moved to Database server utilizing SQL Server Agencies can still manage DB in Access and DOIT’s DBA Group will set them up to convert to SQL DBA Group is looking for volunteers to move simple DB’s now.

7. Ultraseek Currently running 4.4; upgrading to 5.2 Significant features added to product Code changes may be required when upgrade is applied

8. Webtrends Currently running 5.0; upgrading to eBusiness 6.1 New feature highlights include non- standard date comparisons and client side scheduled reports Upgrade is taking place the week of April 5, 2004. Please be aware reporting may not be available that week
