2. Power Point  What do you already know?  The ribbon at the top.  Insert vs. New Slide  New features for 2013

3. New slide RockPaperScissors XXX XXx Layout can be the same or different.

4. Design  Can change appearance, colors, what happens in the slide.  You can also time how it looks by using the Power point like a kiosk.  You can add animations too!

5. Transitions and Slide Show  Depending on how you want the power point to be displayed will depend on the transitions of the slide show.

6. Now comes the fun! New Stuff!  Go to the File tab on the top ribbon and click on it.  Select ‘New’.  Browse through the templates.  Select Calendar.  Project Planning Calendar and download it.

7. Calendar  What comes up is a template for you to create off of.  You can take any type and run with it or you can take a combination of ideas from this calendar to create one of your own.  What features do you like in this template?

8. Features to highlight:  Notes pinned to the calendar.  Colored boxes at the top for the events.  Bars across the dates.  I like the colors.
