AREA MONITOR FEEDBACK Certificate Number Result A = Accepted X = Rejected The Area Monitor’s decision is emailed to the address that was included in the submission. Save the email attachment where it can easily be found. The “My Documents/DB2000v3” folder would be appropriate. This file can be read by DB2000 to automatically revise the merit mark status.
