1. Obtain and Print FIN049 Operating Statement in EBS 1

2. Login to EBS Portal http://ebs.msu.edu/ http://ebs.msu.edu/ 2

3. Enter your MSU Net ID and Password Click Login 3

4. Click on Business Intelligence tab 4 **Your tabs might be arranged differently than above.**

5. Click on Business Intelligence System 5

6. 6 Click on Finance Folder

7. 7 Click on University Finance Reports

8. 8 Click on GL- General Ledger

9. Click on Operating Statement-FIN049 2 nd to last in column

10. 10 Make Selections Below: 1. 2. 4. 5. 6. Click to highlight desired account 7. Click insert 8. Click Finish Enter Account # or Sub-Account and Click Search 3. Deselect Liabilities Select Account or Sub- Account

12. To View Statement as a PDF Click on arrow for drop down menu Select View in PDF Format

13. 13 To Print PDF Statement Mouse over bottom to view pop up to: Select Save, Print, Page Up/Down or Increase/Decrease View
