Town Hall Intent 1. Celebrate the approval of our strategic plan! 2. Come together as a university community to mark this important transition from articulating our strategic direction to collectively realizing it! 3. Provide a brief refresh of the strategic planning process and content of the plan. 4. Share some of the bigger picture of the approval process for the plan and aspects of the larger higher education “ecosystem” in which we operate. 5. Lay out some of our next steps and implementation infrastructure we will be putting in place. 6. Get feedback and advice from this group as we move in a deliberate and collective way into implementation.
