3 Travel Outward flights: LH2157, LH2474 NUE via MUN to LHR, departs 09:40, arrives 13:30 → Meeting point: in the departure hall in front of the Lufthansa check-in area at 8:00 Return flights: LH0907, LH0148 LHR via FRA to NUE, departs 13:30, arrives 17:55 → children should be collected from the airport at 18:00

4 Travel Traveler’s List

5 Accommodation MEININGER Hotel London Hyde Park 65 - 67 Queen`s Gate London SW7 5JS Students will be accommodated in multi- bed rooms Breakfast and packed lunch is booked at the Hotel

6 Supervision Students will be chaperoned by FIS teachers who will act throughout as would reasonably be expected of a responsible parent There will be six chaperones in total

7 Mobile Telephones Students are allowed to bring their mobiles on the trip but are asked to use it appropriately They will need to provide the teaching staff with their mobile number as part of the trip safety precautions

8 Packing requirements Students bring €75/£50 cash with them to purchase snacks and evening meals Students should bring a towel Clothes suitable for cold wet weather, this includes a waterproof jacket and shoes that will be comfortable during extended periods of walking Pencil case and writing equipment A small backpack and a water bottle for the days

9 What are we doing Museums Tours Shows and Concerts

10 Medical issues Most recent medical information provided to the school, about your son/daughter, will be used to mitigate any medical concerns If you are concerned that the school might not have the latest information regarding your son/daughter’s medical or dietary requirements, please contact the School Nurse who will help to update your records

11 Medical issues Any medication students must take should be put in an envelope with the student`s name and the dose on the package Students should hand them to the chaperones before they leave and medicines must be taken in the supervising presence of FIS staff Please ensure that any medications are notified to the school nurse in advance
