To summarise Even the “straight from uni” members don’t know about CPD planning. We need to make CPD easy for members, but not do it all for them. CPD Now Planned Pathways are adaptable and can be used by individual departments. We don’t have time NOT to plan CPD. Even the “straight from uni” members don’t know about CPD planning.
