Simulations are powerful techniques that duplicate or replicate complex real life situations. Learners learn about the real world. The major implication for learning with simulations is that the learner actually performs activities that are similar to those in reality. Simulations can be divide into two main groups: those that teach about something and those that tech how to do something.

Advantages & disadvantages simulation Advantages: 1- Represent the thinking and evaluative capabilities of computers. 2- Permit the study of phenomena that would not be visible in real time. 3- Can save a lot of money. Disadvantages: 1· Require sophisticated hardware in many cases. 2· Require sophisticated programming techniques. Exit
