Answer to question 2 Taylor ’ s influence not only in the United States but also outside USA,such as France.(his work and scientific management throughout state plants during World War Ⅰ.) Some people criticized of Mayoism, while others hold different opinion. In fact, there are many followers of Mayo who are favor of it. Because the theory of “ Hawthorne studies ” play an important role in their life.
