2 General Feedback: Venues Registration Fees  We have simplified the registration fees  No longer subsidize retirees  Still subsidize costs for students Venues Include proximity to restaurants and amenities in future selections Offering concessions in venues to provide less expensive, quick options for lunch In future contracts will be requesting 30% rooms at government rate Will be contracting 3-4 years out to get more attractive options  Multi-year deals can save costs.  Transition to Forums delayed this ability 2

3 General Feedback: Program Working to de-conflict similar activities Working on communicating and branding Forum 360 sessions Conflicting feedback regarding scheduled coffee breaks vs going straight into technical sessions Student awards/best papers at luncheons Changed to a 4.5 day format for SciTech and AVIATION  Some attendees still think these Forums to long (will discuss with TAC) 3

4 General Feedback Forum Websites  Improved navigation so information is easier to find and actions are clear  Highlighted technical conferences on landing pages for visibility Technical Papers  Received comments stating quality of papers needs improvement (will be discussing with TAC)  Received comments that papers should be 20 minutes in length (will be discussing with TAC) Collecting Real-Time Feedback  Experimenting with a product that will allow attendees to share feedback real time 4
