Major Outcomes… 15 All users considered the tool to be very helpful in the learning process because of the methodologies and the eFaqt environment. Users recognized the better understanding of the content because of eFaqt. Especially for longer complex documents, eFaqt is considered very effective and useful. The user interface of the system isn’t sufficient ‘idiot proof’ yet. Users had some difficulties exploring and navigating through some of the applications of the system such as the Mind Map. At this moment, some training or guidance on the interface of the system is required in order to create optimal results. Explanation on the methodologies would help to understand why the tool is useful, which would lead to optimized usage and results. Not many people are familiar with learning methodologies and are very rigid towards new methods of learning. Younger users are faster in understanding the system than older users are. eFaqt has potential to form additional value to existing tools within Shell such as Moodle. Integration in an open source platform as such isn’t a problem. eFaqt notes were considered to be of added value to the existing knowledge base of the company.
