Know your acronyms and contacts for Supportive Services for Veterans and their Families (SSVF); Continuums of Care (C0C); Housing and Urban Development/Veterans Administration Supportive Housing (HUD/VASH) 3. Volunteer, appoint, or recommend NCDMVA personnel and contacts to serve on regional teams to be trained by Rapid Results Institute 4. Assemble housewarming packages for veterans as they are moving into permanent housing.
