Injury Prevention Do not overtrain, get enough rest Strength training for improving -Weak muscles and Muscle imbalance Reduce muscle stiffness Must do warm-up and cool-down -dynamic stretching, static stretching, foam rolling The best way to reduce risk of injury is to strengthen your muscles!
