2. Our Argument We encouraged the initial process of deforestation and are in favor of developing the rainforest

3. Our Reasons Since we are the officials of the government, a few of our reasons for using the rainforest for economic development are: 1.Need the excess of rainforest land in order to develop airports for tourism and the ability of trade with the help of infrastructure 2.Need to use the coastal areas of the rainforest in order to create ports which can be used to manage the imports and exports that relate to the region in which the port exists 3.Need to establish a sense of road-ways so the idea of break-of-bulk can be carried out to its full extent with the option of multiple routes in order for “deliveries” and jobs to be completed

4. Our Position We understand the changes that must be made, and are willing to be accepting to new “prime” sources of our economy Although we are in charge of providing forms of infrastructure as well encouraging the action of settling in the rainforest, we cannot provide these necessities without the use of the rainforest, therefore the rainforest will either be of constant use, or our economy will suffer

5. Our Plan We understand the seriousness of the situation (with the possibility of the rainforest being “used up” completely) and are prepared to take suggestions from the people of the country in order to allow different forms of economic benefit… …But keep in mind, though, that the rainforest has proved to be a prime source for our economic “success and survival”, and has allowed us to “get by”, so the decision is yours, is the preservation of the rainforest going to be worth the sacrifice? The choice is yours…
