e-learning as everyday part of training in Slovenska sporitelna ICETA 2008

July 2008 – first e-learning course for managers on practical use of the HR tools piloting E-learning for Erste Bank Group

ADVANTAGES OF THIS APPROACH: up-grade of the methodology: - special packages for different target groups with pre-defined study logics e-learning packages e-learning packages since 2007: e.g. basic product course increasing effectivity of training co-ordinators - application of high number of employees to the courses at the same time, within one package - less e-mailing with course participants 1st course test feedback 2nd course... F2F training

virtual classroom: - - more personal contact between trainer and employees - - possibility to demonstrate functioning of the systems - - no need to create the courses in advance our challenges to use more of the LMS (Clix) functions: - better interface to SAP (both-way) - on-line info for managers and employees - more effective management of training plans
