3 Training of employees FVB-FFC: 3 aims: Training of employees Collaboration with secondery schools Collaboration with centers for training of unemployed labour force Budget: Global: 30.000.000 Euro Income: Contribution by every employer – 0,6 % gross salery Subsides by government (regional, european)

4 Training during workhours Costs for training are refunded by FVB Labour cost is refunded by FVB-FCC Maximum of 120 hour/year/worker Training costs are paid by FVB-FFC: For recognised trainingcenters: All cost for technical training (max. 11 euro/hour) All cost for non-technical training (max. 6 euro/hour) Other trainingcenters: Intervention of 5 euro/hour For safety training: Intervention of 5 euro/hour
