2. Thursday, December 3, Day 7, Music Happy Thursday! I am not in school today and possibly tomorrow. I know you will be on your best Indian Lane Bobcat behavior while I’m away. I can’t wait to hear about how fabulous you were during my absence! When you arrive, copy down your assignments, and begin to work on in your orange or gold math booklet (the whole page in the orange book, and 2 problems from each column in the gold book). 3. Thursday Math Solve and Share: Page 207 Practice on page 208, Numbers 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 Have the guest teacher check the practice problems Work on the word problems on page 210 Leftover time: 24 in small groups No homework if you complete all classwork!

4. Thursday Language Arts Reading: Continue with Biography Work Writing: Narrative On-Demand. I want to see what you can do with your narrative skills! Using the checklist provided, come up with a narrative story arc, and then write your narrative in the pages provided.

5. Thursday Seminar Welcome back to seminar! Today you will be doing your research for your timeline using computers and social studies books. You cannot move ahead with your partner until the research page is completed. You will have time to work on this tomorrow, too. Each event or cause goes on a different square, then you can glue stick (not Elmer’s glue…it will smudge your work) IN ORDER, onto construction paper! Be sure to include: an illustration, a sentence or two describing the cause or event, and the title of the event clearly on each square.

9. Friday Language Arts 11:40 – 12:10 – Biography Reading/Biography Work 12:10 – 1:00 – Good copies of your American Revolution Research Report. You can use the checklist provided to help make sure you include the necessary things. You can continue to do research if you need to. When you finish, you can work on KidBiz or Khan Academy

10. Friday Seminar Continue to work on your timeline with your partner. You may use the markers, crayons, sharpies, etc., to create your squares for your timeline. Use gluesticks to attach them to your construction paper. Guest Teacher Reflection: Complete the reflection for the past two days. Were you a good Bobcat? Your name must go on these papers and turn them into the yellow bin.
