Context Herts County Council’s preparation of its next Local Transport Plan (LTP3) for April 2011 LTP3 will influence transport planning and delivery across the county for the next 20 years LTP3 will develop and manage transport in Hertfordshire against five statutory goals: –Supporting economic growth –Reducing carbon emissions –Contributing to better safety and health –Promoting equality of opportunity –Improving quality of life and a natural healthy environment

3. East Herts and LTP3 Statutory consultees in development of LTP3 Statutory consultees in development of “daughter” documents (e.g. Hertford and Ware UTP) Obvious links with East Herts’ role as the Parking Authority
