1)14 Year Relationship with OSHA Voluntary Program Yearly Inspection of the Facility Performed by Health & Safety Consultant Noise Monitoring Performed by Industrial Hygiene Consultant 2)Safety Training Instructors from the Voluntary Program conduct the majority of training All instructors are former Compliance Officers

3)Outstanding Relationship with Lancaster County EMS Bloodborne Pathogen, First-Aid/CPR Training All Employees and Temps are CPR Certified 4 Employees are Certified First Responders When changes are made to the AED program, the EMS updates our Defibrillator at no charge.

4)Safety Performance Review Each hourly employee is reviewed annually If they meet or exceed all standards in each category they receive $100 safety bonus at the end of the year. 5)Safety & Health / Safety Disciplinary Policies Framed and posted in every Department

6)Monthly Safety Meetings Conducted by the Plant Manager or General Manager 7)Active Safety Committee Monthly safety audits performed by employees Every employee has an opportunity to participate Each participant receives a $50 stipend

8)OSHA 10 Hour General Safety Training All full-time employees completed the workshop in 2012 9)Safety Suggestion Box Almost never used because of our open door policy

10)First Fire & Safety Fire extinguisher training Monthly extinguisher inspections 11)Preparing for ESAFE Audit Keeps us on our toes and our people safe Greatly helped in May of 2013 when a Compliance Officer from OSHA showed up at our facility. Everything he needed was all in one place.
