You will need a blank piece of paper…… Rip your piece of paper in to 6 On each one write a positive trait/quality about yourself Wait for directions …

Feedback about yourself that comes from yourself. Positive increases self esteem Negative decreases self esteem

Examine your self talk Make things positive! Focus on the things you do well Focus on your strengths rather than weaknesses. Don’t compare yourself to others. Think of past successes!
