1. 1 Mentor/Mentee Collaborative Online Documentation

2. 2 Go to http://my.cms.k12.nc.us/http://my.cms.k12.nc.us/ –From CMS computer– you will just need to be logged into the computer –From home you will need to log on Username/Password – Same as email (Password must meet criteria in order to access from home)

3. 3 Click on Professional Development in top bar.

4. 4 Click on Mentor/Mentee Collaborative Log (left menu bar)

5. 5 You should now be here Click the Online Collaborative Log link.

6. 6 Fill in each field Only the mentee and mentor can view the detailed information from this log

7. 7 Easiest way to enter: –Enter mentor/mentee email without the @cms.k12.nc.us Click on the check name icon to verify I.E. Mentor: John Doe (Email: john.doe@cms.k12.nc.us)  Enter as john.doe  Click Check Name Icon john.doe@cms.k12.nc.us Or Use the People Picker Click OK to submit form
