Genesis 19 - Sodom - Wickedness caused God to destroy them “But the men of Sodom were exceedingly wicked and sinful against the LORD.” Gen.13:13 “which the LORD overthrew in His anger and His wrath.” Deut. 29:23 “Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.” Jude 7 2 Pet.2:6-8 “…making them an example to those who afterward would live ungodly;”

5. Tribe of Benjamin - Judges 19, 20 and 21 = corrupt They defended the homosexuals “Go up, for tomorrow I will deliver them into your hand.” 20:28 26,000 men - after the battles they had only 600 survivors Lev. 18:22 “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.” Lev. 20:13 “…they shall surely be put to death…” Deut. 23:17 asv “There shall be no prostitute of the daughters of Israel, neither shall there be a sodomite of the sons of Israel.”

6. 1 Kings 14:24 asv “and there were also sodomites in the land: they did according to all the abominations of the nations which Jehovah drove out before the children of Israel.” 1 Kings 15:12 asv “And he put away the sodomites out of the land, and removed all the idols that his fathers had made.” 1 Kings 22:46 asv “And the remnant of the sodomites, that remained in the days of his father Asa, he put away out of the land.” 2 Kings 23:7 asv “And he brake down the houses of the sodomites, that were in the house of Jehovah, where the women wove hangings for the Asherah.”

Romans 1:18-32 God gave them up to uncleanness Reprobate mind 1 Cor. 6:9 KJV “nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind” NKJV “nor homsexuals, nor sodomites” ESV “nor men who practice homosexuality” 1 Tim. 1:10 KJV “for them that defile themselves with mankind” NKJV “for sodomites” ESV “men who practice homosexuality”

8.  God has always forbidden homosexuality  God has always punished those who do such things  God will always punish those who practice this sin  Any sin can be forgiven if the sinner repents

9. Is It Normal ? Claim they were born that way - should accept NO ! It is not normal !  God would be creator of what He condemns  1 Cor. 6:9-11 had been but were justified  Rom. 1:26 “which is against nature”  God created us male and female

10. Is It a Sickness ? Compare it to a disease or sickness NO ! It is not a disease God does not condemn the sick He does condemn those who are sinners Quote from former person who was homosexual: “Being a homosexual is a choice of the will and not a genetic or hormonal imbalance…”

11. Is It a Sin ? Yes ! God Calls it a sin “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” Isa. 5:20

12. Cannot accept or tolerate Call it what it is = Sin ! Warn others about the dangers  Threat to our children  Threat to our nation  Threat to marriage

13. Life Expectancy reduces by 30 years Suicide rate is 60 times higher Drug Abuse three times as likely Aids - renamed GRID = Gay Related Immunodeficiency Disease AIDS = Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome

14. It is sin We cannot approve of this life style It is not normal or an alternate lifestyle

15. God calls for repentance of all sinners Homosexuality can be forgiven Love the person but hate the sin Stand up for what the Bible teaches !
