2. Rule 1  Use in a list.  I enjoy camping, fishing, and hiking.

8. Rule 7  Use commas to separate a city from state or country.  I live in Canton, Georgia.

9. Rule 8  Use commas to separate the day of the week, the day of the month, and the year.  My daughter was born on May 15, 2000.
