Did You Know? Traffic crashes are the leading cause of death among teens in Minnesota. Each year, more than 30 teens (ages 16-19) are killed on Minnesota roads.

What is GDL? Graduated Drivers Licensing (GDL) Adds full driving privileges gradually The three stages are: — Supervised learning (instruction permit phase) — Intermediate (provisional license) — Full licensure These laws apply only to newly licensed teen driver for the first six or 12 months, or until they reach age 18.
