2 About the State Administrators iCivics is administered in Florida by The Florida Law Related Education Association, Inc.  Private, nonprofit dedicated to civic and law related education/ education for democracy  Spanning three decades of respected programs.  Nonpartisan, law-focused, grassroots.  Efforts have expanded statewide and internationally.

8 THE UNITS IN DEPTH iCivics is organized into curriculum units made up of lessons, games, webquests, and drafting board.

24 The Charge iCivics will ask each Master Teacher or team to plan and deliver 2-3 professional development trainings, with each training averaging around 15 teachers.(Ex: district, schools, regional, etc.) Work with FLREA to coordinate state or regional trainings or to volunteer to train in other districts. Alternatively, a Master Teacher can plan and deliver a lzrge district- wide training in which he or she impacts 50-75 local teachers in one program.
