Monitor kindergarten rolls and waiting lists monthly; 5. Continue to ensure effective communication is maintained between all levels within the association; 6. Teachers have been asked to look out for prospective board members. 2.Governance hui held Aug 13 Alexandra NZK Governance hui planned for 29-30 October 2011.COKA board members will be encouraged to attend. 3.Board member and manager will attend committee meeting in October or November. COKA corner in kindergarten newsletters. 4.COKA display completed and sent out to all kindergartens for display. Action 1. Recruit Maori Resource teacher; 2.Continue to implement measures put in place to offset Government bulk funding cuts; 3.
