2 Goals for Long-Term Planning Process Multi-year (3-5 year) strategic plan for CWC LA that includes – Performance goals for student achievement – Operating goals around number of students served – Clear articulation of the current CWC model – Detailed plans for how to meet goals (governance / organizational capacity / systems development / facilities) – Revamped mission statement Multi-year (3-5 year) school-level plans that include – Performance goals for student achievement – Operating goals around number of students served, operations, facilities, financials, talent – Clear strategies aligned to CWC model – Detailed plans for how to meet goals 2
